OK...not easy to put to paper, but I think I’ve got it.  Having to slow it down enough to figure what is being played takes away the rhythm.  If I’ve missed something, or added something, or you just think something is wrong, let me know – I've got thick skin and I’d rather this be correct.

Chords are noted in parentheses, i.e., (1 2)
Notes to be held are noted with periods, i.e., -1....
