Tab

 6   6  -6  6   5  -5
We gath-er to-geth-er
6 -5   5   -4      5    4
to ask the Lord's bless-ing,
6   6  -6   -7   7   -8
He chas-tens and has-tens
-7   -6   6  -6     6
His will to make known;
6    6  -6 -7   7    6
The wick-ed op-press-ing
6   6  -6  -5   6    5    4
now cea-se from dis-tress-ing;
  4   -5   6  -6 -5   6 -5
Sing prais-es to His na-me,
5  5   -5  -4   4   4
He for-gets not His own.
6   6  -6  6 5   -5
We all do extol thee,
6    -5  5   -4  5 4
thou leader triumphant,
6    6    -6    -7   7
and pray that thou still
-8   -7-6 6   -6   6
our defender wilt be.
6    6   -6 -7 7 6
Let thy congregation
6 6-6   -5 6 5 4
escape tribulation;
4   -5   6  -6-5   6 -5
thy name be ever praised!
5  5-5   -4   4   4
O Lord, make us free!
