The tab below is just a transposition of How I Met Your Mother's intro.
Guitar:
4 4 4 4 -4 -4 -4 -4
Vocals:
(Pa Pa Pa Pa)
4 5 -8 7
6 -6 6 4

I got it by ear and I have played it with a C harmonica.
Anyway, I think it must also sound right in any other key.
Play on a harmonica— watch which holes to blow & draw, with sound
