This is the harmonica intro to Neil Youngs & The Bands live version of Helpless on The Last Waltz. There is also a harmonica part in the middle of the song wich is pretty similar to the intro.

I tabbed out this on a key E harmonica but that's definately not the key Neil Young uses, I think he plays it in the key of C.
I think that Neil bends some of the "6" notes.Play on a harmonica— watch which holes to blow & draw, with sound
