he first row is notation....( X1= meaning lower 1 notation )
the second row is  hole tab for tremolo 16 hole suzuki type.... why i must mention it cuz different hole have different hole to blow or draw to ....and different brand have their own notation too.
u can see here 
for more detail for each type  divided in three type Huang, suzuki, Hering ( for suzuki winner 16 hole used huang  tab 16 hole tremolo..u can see it in  huang and hering link )
i used - in front of number meaning u need to draw it ...but if not - infront of it meaning u need to blow it ...
