chord changes are

The sub. E7 or sub. D7 means that if desired, you can change the chords around so instead of C7, it would be E7. instead of Ab7, it would be D7. this way, there would be a more affective turn around.
for the ending, take out the last two bars, and end with

This piece is a medium swing style.
